​Orders received will be processed and shipped within 24 hrs. (excluding weekends and holidays)

We are closed all National Holidays.

Domestic Shipments–All Domestic orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders will be shipped via Priority mail or First class mail at the discretion of BeeXtreme LLC. Transit time is usually 2-3 business days. This is not a guaranteed service, nor will BeeXtreme LLC be held responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather, incorrect address or any shipping delays outside the realm of our responsibility. Flat rate shipping is only applicable on all orders less than or equal to 20 bottles. Orders over 20 bottles will be charged a shipping charge equal to the cost of shipping via the buyer’s preferred shipping method. Shipping quotes are available upon request.

International Shipments—International orders are shipped First Class Mail International, Per the USPS, FCM International transit time takes 6-14 business days. This is not a guaranteed service, nor will BeeXtreme LLC be held responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather, incorrect address or any shipping delays outside the realm of our responsibility. Each Country has different restrictions with regard to what products are allowed into the country, it is the responsibility of the buyer to be aware of those standards. All duties, fees and taxes associated with international shipping will be the responsibility of the recipient. Quotes available upon request.

Accuracy of Address–Correct address affects efficient delivery of your mail. It is the buyers and solely the buyers responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate. All orders are processed through Paypal and Authorize.net and shipping address will not be changed in any way unless express written consent via email only is received and prior to the package being shipped. BeeXtreme LLC is not responsible for lost packages or mis-delivered packages due to incorrect shipping address.

Other Shipping Services—We also offer other shipping services such as USPS Express Mail, UPS and Fedex. If a buyer would like any of these services, the order will be shipped at buyers expense.

Return Policy–At BeeXtreme LLC we firmly believe that happiness starts with YOU! Our educated distributors and staff strive for excellence, convenience, quality, and authenticity. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of shipment via email only. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER DAY 3. All refunds will be issued on UNOPENED BOTTLES. RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 20 DAYS OF CONFIRMATION OF RETURN. All returns must be shipping via the same method the package was sent to you. Return postage will not be refunded.

*All returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

WE OFFER FIRST CLASS SHIPPING
Ownership of packages turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS. INSURANCE is available to add to any order, and is recommended for any order you can’t afford to lose.
