Promise: If we make a mistake, we will send you a replacement or refund your money.
If you make a mistake with your order, email us and we will see what we can reasonably do to help you with your order.Should a mistake arise, we kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible to coordinate an acceptable solution. Can’t tolerate the strength of the supplements? That’s not an issue here. We wholeheartedly believe in true health and know that one supplement may not be fit for you. If you’re having issues with the strengths of the products & cannot tolerate them, we first ask you to take an extra week on us by opening up the capsules, dumping 1/3 out, putting the capsule back together & trying again for 3-5 days until your body adjusts to the ingredients. If capsules are still too strong for you, please contact me and we will exchange your product for a lower mg product, no questions asked!

1. As all our e-books are digital they are perceived as used after receiving the download email, this means all ebooks are non-refundable.
2. Supplement bottles must be sealed and unopened to be considered for a return.
3. Bee-Xtreme must receive the item within 45 days of the item’s delivery date.
4. Should you have any other issues when using the products, please email our support team so that we can find an acceptable solution.
