Don’t make the excuse of no gym available of not to work out. With these easy at home exercises, you’ll be sure to get your heart rate up and your sweat on! Repeat these exercises for a total of 20 minutes. Be sure to take your BXT Burn 15-20 minutes prior to workout.
- Count the number of reps you are able to do in 1 minute each.
- Aim for more reps each day
- Drink plenty of water during your 30 second breaks
This workout is designed to be done with little rest. Follow it exactly as it shows. You’ll be sure to see slimming results in as little as a week.
High Knees: 1 Minute
Lunges: As many as you can each leg for one minute each leg
Push Up Rotation: As many as you can in one minute
Side Plank: Aim to hold for 30 seconds each side
Step Up Chair: Lead with right leg for one minute, then switch and lead with left leg one minute
Squat: 1 minute
Tricep dip: 1 minute
Plank: Hold up to 1 minute
Jumping Jacks: As many as you can in one minute
Wall Sit: Up to one minute
Pushup: As many as you can in one minute
Crunch: As many as you can in one minute
